Job Desc :
- Community 2W Management to engange our 2W drivers Partners.
- Act as management representative to ensure that any communication of regulations are delivered smoothly.
- Develop performance-driven relationships with Drivers partners.
- Align City Managers/Leads and growth with city demand dynamics and business targets.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner success.
- Achieving KPI : Attendance drivers number, Atribut selling, etc
Requirements :
- Ex-sales are Preferred
- Knowing basic sales funnel and willing to learn
- Fluent with Excel, docs, etc
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major (Communications, Business Management, and Sociology are often preferred).
- Possesses a personal vehicle (motorcycle) and an active driver's license (SIM C) due to very high mobility requirements.
- Willing to work flexible hours (sometimes required to be on standby on weekends if there are events or field incidents)
