As a Partner (Community) Engagement – Bali, you will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with driver communities. This role focuses on expanding our community network, strengthening engagement, and ensuring strong, long-term partnerships that support StickEarn’s growth and campaign execution.
🌟 What You’ll Do
- Acquire and onboard new driver communities to expand StickEarn’s network in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing communities through regular engagement.
- Plan, organize, and execute community events and activities to increase engagement and participation.
- Act as the main point of contact for community partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Monitor community needs and feedback to improve engagement strategies.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports on activities, partnerships, and engagement performance.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in partnership building, community engagement, or stakeholder management.
- Experience working with driver communities or in the transportation sector is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse groups.
- Passionate about community engagement and relationship building.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Must be based in Bali and familiar with the local community landscape.
- Willing to be actively involved in field activities and community events.
