Job description for Partner & Channel Executive at PT Sinergy Informasi Pratama
- Female, max 28 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or any related field.
- Min. 1 year experience in B2B Sales or Marketing or other related field.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Outgoing personality and willingness to learn.
- Advanced skill in Ms Office and/or Gsuite.
- Highly proficient in English.
- Maintain relationship and partnership with existing vendors;
- Generate new business opportunities and leads through multi-channel engagement;
- Build sales pipeline and leads through various initiatives including outbound prospecting;
- Develop sales presentations and marketing materials to potential customers;
- Work in collaboration with Account Managers and other internal stakeholders as key account liaison for customers;
- Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to achieve revenue growth and maximize customer retention by developing relationship at all levels of customer organization;
- Organize regular customer visits to obtain customer feedback on service levels and gather information on new needs and requirements;
- Prepare sales order documentation for customer order execution;
- Oversee post-sales cycle on more complex projects to ensure smooth service delivery;
- Report and manage regular pipeline report/new sales to ensure accurate sales forecast;
- Track and report on performance of focus partnerships, providing insights and recommendations to VP of Business and Product Management;
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in partnership ecosystem;
- Develop internal team’s capabilities in analysis and setup compliance refers to partnership;
- Ad-hoc projects assigned by Business Manager.
