Job description for Partime Activity Crew at PT. DreamUs Edutainment Indonesia
Key Objectives and Responsibilities
- Plan and organize a variety of recreational activities, including sports, games, and fitness classes.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by following established safety procedures and protocols.
- Maintain equipment and facilities in a clean and safe condition.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with daily park operations as needed.
Qualification
- Male or Female max 30 years old.
- Minimum SMK/SMA graduates.
- Must be outgoing, energetic, and physically fit.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality.
- Able to work in teams and individuals.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts.
- Experience in Playground / Sports is a plus.
- Can join as soon as possible.
