Job Description:
1. Sales Assisting
- Serving customers well.
- Building good relationships with customers on a professional level.
- Taking customer measurements (specifically for alteration product orders).
2. Store Handling
- Performing routine cleaning of the store area.
- Maintaining store cleanliness.
- Regularly replacing mannequin displays.
- Conducting visual and odor checks of the store area, and reporting any necessary repairs to the area supervisor.
- Properly utilizing and maintaining store assets (laptops, printers, etc.)
3. Administration
- Entering transactions using the POS system.
- Entering transactions in Google Spreadsheets.
- Entering customer measurement data in Google Forms (for alteration product orders).
- Reporting transactions and daily sales summaries in the WhatsApp group.
4. Inventory
- Conducting periodic stocktaking and reporting the results.
- Checking stock sent from the warehouse, comparing it with documents, and reporting the results.
- Packing returned stock
- Responsible for stock storage.
