Role Summary
The Operations Support (Marketplace Admin) will assist all operational aspects related to the Amazon marketplace and Seller Central. This individual will assist in managing order processing, inventory updates, and customer inquiries, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Indicative Order (IO) documents for Amazon transactions.
- Check and report abnormalities in IO, PR, and PO, such as gated products or incomplete information, to the Operations Supervisor.
- Create shipments within Amazon Seller Central and print necessary shipping labels.
- Monitor and request Amazon warehouse capacity, ensuring optimal shipment logistics.
- Update and maintain Amazon inventory, ensuring accurate product availability.
- Serve as a customer-facing representative, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to Amazon account health.
- Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to report any operational issues to Amazon.
- Standby during weekends or outside normal hours for timely correspondence and problem resolution.
Qualifications
- Education: Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: University students or fresh-graduates are prioritized. Experienced in handling Amazon Marketplace and Seller Central, with a strong understanding of operational processes is a plus.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Strong analytical skills to identify abnormalities and address issues efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Effective communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams.
Attributes:
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to be available during weekends or outside standard hours for urgent matters.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all operational tasks.
Special Working Arrangement:
This is a part-time, hybrid role. This role requires flexibility to accommodate communication with teams in different time zones (e.g., Singapore, US, UK) and willingness to work on weekends or outside standard working hours.
