About the role
Haris Dave Music Studio in West Jakarta is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Part-Time Music Tutor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality music lessons in vocal, guitar, and keyboard to our students. This is a part-time position, allowing you the flexibility to pursue other commitments alongside your work with us.
Key responsibilities
- Delivering one-on-one or small group music lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
- Developing customised lesson plans to cater to the individual needs and goals of each student.
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to help students progress in their musical abilities.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participating in studio events and recitals to showcase student achievements.
About you
- Demonstrated expertise in vocal, guitar, and/or keyboard performance and instruction.
- Previous experience teaching music, particularly to students of varying ages and skill levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and parents.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, driving the studio's success through shared goals and mutual support.
- Passion for music education and a genuine desire to inspire and nurture the musical talents of our students.
