Job description for Part Time Import Operation at TOPWORLD DESEN GLOBAL
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor and follow up on import shipments from arrival until delivery to the client.
Coordinate with PPJK/customs brokers, shipping lines, forwarders, trucking vendors, warehouses, and other operational parties.
Follow up on customs clearance, container release, Delivery Order (DO), trucking arrangements, and cargo delivery.
Coordinate delivery schedules with the client and relevant vendors.
Visit ports, warehouses, customs offices, or client locations when required.
Monitor shipment progress and immediately report any delays or operational issues.
Assist in resolving operational problems related to import shipments.
Ensure required shipment documents and delivery records are properly maintained.
Provide regular shipment updates to the internal team.
Perform other operational coordination tasks related to import and logistics as required.
Requirements :
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in import, logistics, freight forwarding, customs, or related operations.
Familiar with the basic import process and customs clearance in Indonesia.
Experience dealing with PPJK, trucking, shipping lines, warehouses, or ports is preferred.
Willing and comfortable to work in the field when shipment requirements arise.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Responsible, responsive, and able to work independently.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to use WhatsApp, Excel, and basic Microsoft Office.
Having a valid driver's license is an advantage.
Working Arrangement :
Part-Time: 2 days per week
Working days may be adjusted based on operational/shipment requirements.
Field visits may be required to port, customs, warehouse, or client locations.
This role requires flexibility and responsiveness when handling active shipments.
