About the Role
We are developing AI tools to help candidates excel in their careers, and we're looking for an experienced HR professional to collaborate in our AI product development. In this role, you'll apply your recruiting expertise to support the development of our product and use that judgment to redefine and improve how the AI works.
This is a pure HR role focused on evaluation and quality. You won't be building software—you'll be the human expertise that makes the AI smarter, more accurate, and genuinely helpful to job seekers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our product team to design innovative solutions that tackle real challenges job seekers face
- Bring your HR expertise to shape how the AI works
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs and identify opportunities to make them smarter and more effective
- Help define what "good" looks like from a recruiter's perspective and guide product direction toward it
- Surface gaps, biases, or blind spots and work with the team to solve them
- Contribute ideas and best practices that improve the product and elevate the candidate experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience at top-tier companies, managing 500+ applicants per role
- Proven HR or recruiting experience, including reviewing CVs/resumes and conducting interviews
- Strong judgment about candidate quality and what makes hiring feedback effective
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to evaluate work critically
- Clear communication skills to articulate reasoning both verbally and in writing
- Interest in AI and improving technology through human expertise (no technical skills required)
- Consistent, reliable approach to reviewing and assessing work
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
