Job description for Part Time Customer Service Specialist (Work From Home Optional) at Watson's Personal Care Stores Pte Ltd
The Part-time Customer Service Specialist will assist on the following:
1. Provide quality customer service to customers via various channels that include but not limited to calls, online, live chat, walk-ins etc.
2. Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly.
3. Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call back to customers if necessary.
4. Membership matters such activation of cards, loss cards replacements.
