Job description for Part Time - Assistant Tour Manager at Walk Indies

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate tour requirements from pre-tour until tour day
  • Handle permits and required administrative processes
  • Assist Tour Manager with ad-hoc operational tasks
  • Conduct basic photography and video documentation during tours
  • Content creation
  • Website maintanance

Requirements :

  • Strong communication skills (clear and confident)
  • Detail-oriented and highly meticulous
  • Friendly and customer oriented
  • Experience in handling events is preferred
  • Able to work from the office (West Jakarta) 2-3 days a week
  • Availibility to work on weekends
  • Undergraduate students (Tourism, Communication, Design, IT, History or Archaeology students) are encouraged to apply
