Job Responsibility :
- Carry out cow health care so that the health of the cow is optimal according to the established standards.
- Responsible for the treatment of sick cows so that the cows are maintained in health according to established procedures and standards.
- Implement a cow reproduction program so that cow reproduction is effective according to the plans, procedures and standards set, namely the ideal S/C
- Providing assistance and counseling related to the need for knowledge about livestock maintenance and management ranging from cage management, feed, health and environment
- Conducting visits to farmers in the context of audits both partial and full audits related to the process from the beginning of milking to completion as well as those related to the standardization of equipment used by farmers, cleanliness is also about feed.
- Help with the weekly and monthly daily report process
- Assist with farmer and livestock population reports
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly OVK stock-taking
Qualification :
- Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) in Animal Health
- Prior experience in dairy farming or animal health is preferred
- Basic knowledge of disease handling, vaccination, and treatment in dairy cattle
- Ability to perform livestock health inspections and early disease detection
- Capability to provide education and technical assistance to partner farmers
- Understanding of biosecurity principles and livestock health management
- Willingness to work in the field and conduct regular farm visits
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to operate vehicles and possession of a valid driving license (SIM C) is an advantage
- Preferably holds an inseminator certificate or other relevant technical training
