Are you a fresh graduate in Law and looking to start your legal career? Synergy Pro is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Paralegal to support our legal and corporate services team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and corporate documents.
- Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings.
- Prepare and organize company legal files and documentation.
- Assist with company licensing, compliance, and corporate administration matters.
- Support document submission and follow-up with government institutions and related parties.
- Maintain legal databases, records, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding legal documentation.
- Provide administrative support for legal projects and client matters. These responsibilities align with common entry-level paralegal duties such as legal research, document drafting, file management, and attorney/legal team support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in corporate law, legal administration, and compliance.
- Good legal drafting and research skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work from Bali.
