We're Hiring: Paralegal - Seminyak
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and corporate paperwork.
- Handle company establishment processes (PT & PMA), business licensing, OSS, NIB, and other regulatory matters.
- Conduct legal research and monitor updates on Indonesian laws and regulations.
- Draft legal correspondence, agreements, and supporting documents.
- Communicate professionally with foreign clients, government institutions, and internal teams.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure compliance with legal and administrative requirements.
- Maintain accurate legal records and client documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Staff, or Corporate Legal (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply).
- Excellent written and spoken English is required, as you will work with international clients on a daily basis.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate law and business licensing processes.
- Familiarity with PMA company establishment, OSS, NIB, and related compliance procedures is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
