Job Description :
- Deliver engaging Pancasila Education lessons for Junior High School (SMP) students aligned with Kurikulum Merdeka
- Foster students’ understanding of Pancasila values, Citizenship, Ethics and social responsibility, Diversity, and tolerance
- Create interactive and student-centered learning experiences through discussions, case studies, collaborative projects, and reflective activities
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments including Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS)-based learning
- Encourage students to think critically about social, national, and global issues
- Integrate leadership and character education into classroom activities
- Build an inclusive classroom environment that respects religious and cultural diversity
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments
- Collaborate with teachers and school leaders on character-building and leadership programs
- Participate actively in school events, professional development, and community activities
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civic Education or related field
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at school that familiar with Kurikulum Merdeka
- Strong understanding of Pancasila values, citizenship education, and character development
- Strong communication, facilitation, and classroom management skills
- Comfortable using digital learning platforms and educational technology
