Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK

Pengalaman kerja Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai painter/teknisi pengecatan produk, terutama pengecatan plastik, body part, appliance, elektronik, otomotif, furniture premium, atau produk lain yang membutuhkan kualitas finishing tinggi, halus, dan presisi.

Usia 20-30 Tahun

Menguasai Teknik spray painting

pengecatan material plastik dan material lainnya

persiapan permukaan

pengamplasan

penggunaan primer

base coat dan clear coat

mixing/pencampuran cat

pengaturan spray gun

color matching dasar

proses drying/curing

polishing, serta pemeriksaan dan perbaikan defect hasil pengecatan.
