TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB:

Membantu dalam hal kepegawaian yaitu payroll, manajemen SDM, Absensi dan Perjanjian kerja
membantu jawab dalam hal rekrutmen karyawan baru dan onboarding karyawan baru.
Peduli akan kondisi karyawan dalam perusahaan
Menjalin hubungan antara perusahaan dan karyawan sehingga terjadi sinergi yang baik dan saling menguntungkan

KUALIFIKASI STANDAR:

Pendidikan minimal Sarjana (S1) Jurusan Psikologi
Pengalaman kerja 1-2 tahun di bidang HR atau administrasi lebih disukai, namun lulusan baru dengan pemahaman dasar HR juga dipertimbangkan.
Pemahaman dasar bahasa Inggris
Terbiasa bekerja menggunakan komputer
Mampu bekerja sama dengan seluruh karyawan secara TEAM WORK

KUALIFIKASI SPESIFIK :

Pemahaman ilmu psikologi dasar
Pemahaman ilmu Manajemen SDM dasar
Memiliki perhatian terhadap detail dan akurasi tinggi
Mampu menggunakan Ms. Office terutama EXCEL & WORD (WAJIB dan akan DITEST)
Kandidat WAJIB mempunyai smartphone.
