Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Download monthly billing statements from ad platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Ensure all invoices are organized, complete and accurate
- Maintain updated billing tracker (Google Sheet)
- Setting up ads campaign (from campaign until uploading ad creatives)
- Ensure correct ad formats and sizes before publishing
- Update ads daily tracker
Kualifikasi
- Active university student or fresh graduate from any major.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel).
- Well-organized file management skills.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms.
