Responsibilities:
Lead private and group padel coaching sessions
Develop training programs for beginners to advanced players
Organize clinics, social games, and mini-tournaments
Ensure a fun, safe, and engaging experience for members
Support events and community engagement activities
Requirements:
Proven experience as a padel or racket sports coach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, positive, and engaging personality
Certifications in coaching (preferred)
Available to work flexible hours, including weekends
