Padel Cafe & Operations Supervisor
We are looking for a hands-on Supervisor to develop our F&B menu and oversee daily venue operations.
Responsibilities
* Develop and improve food and beverage menus.
* Prepare recipe standards, costing, pricing, and menu promotions.
* Supervise café operations, staff schedules, stock, purchasing, waste, and product quality.
* Monitor café sales and prepare simple performance reports.
* Oversee daily and weekly cleanliness schedules for café, reception, courts, toilets, showers, and common areas.
* Ensure reception staff follow customer service and operational SOPs.
* Monitor padel equipment, towel rental, deposits, stock opname, and facility readiness.
* Train and evaluate café, reception, and housekeeping staff.
* Follow up on operational, maintenance, and customer issues.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an F&B, Café, or Restaurant Supervisor.
* Experienced in menu development, food costing, stock control, and staff supervision.
* Hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented.
* Familiar with POS systems, Excel, and Google Sheets.
* Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
* Based in Bali, preferably around Kuta or Badung.
