About The Role:
As a Packing & Fulfillment Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations by ensuring accurate and timely packaging of products, managing inventory, and assisting in the fulfillment process. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, providing insight into logistics, inventory management, and the fulfillment cycle.
What You Will Do:
- Responsible for accurately and efficiently packaging products according to company standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with operation team and expedition vendor to pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure that all packaged items meet quality standards and report any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities to enhance packaging and fulfillment processes for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, packaging materials used, and completed orders.
Requirements:
- Preferably Final Year or Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with a specialization in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar technical field of study with relevant practical experience
- Vocational high school graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills, time-management and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering
- Database management skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
- Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods
- Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment, ability to work in a team and proactively
- Willing to WFO in Mampang Prapatan, Jakarta Selatan for 6 months internship program and ready to join as soon as possible!
