What You’ll Do :
- Conduct career consultations with candidates (via WhatsApp, phone calls, Zoom, and face-to-face).
- Evaluate candidate profiles and recommend suitable country destination programs.
- Educate candidates on program details, salaries, benefits, and placement processes.
- Perform daily follow-ups to guide candidates through registration and payment.
- Achieve monthly targets for consultations, conversions, and company revenue.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, Marketing, Communication, or other related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales (Banking, Insurance, Property, Automotive), Recruitment, Education Consultancy, or Customer Success/Service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and professional objection-handling skills.
- Target-driven and comfortable utilizing CRM systems.
- Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in overseas recruitment or study abroad agencies.
- Proficiency in English, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, or Arabic is a strong advantage.
