Job description for Outbound Executive at Power Commerce Asia
Company Description

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure smooth execution of outbound processes, including picking, packing, sorting, and loading
- Monitor picking and packing accuracy to minimize errors and discrepancies
- Monitor team productivity and ensure operational targets are achieved
- Monitor pending and overdue orders and coordinate timely resolution
- Manage manpower allocation and workload distribution based on operational needs
- Monitor and investigate discrepancies, including wrong SKUs, shortages, and other outbound issues
- Ensure accurate and timely handover of shipments to transporters
- Monitor staging and outbound areas to ensure proper organization and smooth workflow
- Handle operational issues and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution
- Prepare daily outbound reports and monitor key operational KPIs
- Conduct team coaching, performance monitoring, and evaluation
- Identify and implement process improvements to improve outbound efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with experience as a Leader, Supervisor, or core operational team member
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, particularly outbound, picking & packing, storage, returns, and inventory control
- Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), barcode scanners, and other warehouse operational tools
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work toward operational targets and deadlines
- Willing to work in a warehouse environment and adapt to operational requirements, including shift arrangements if needed
