岗位职责：
1. 负责公司在海外新建厂的各项工作，包括项目立项及验收等；
2. 协调各方面资源，制定和完善海外项目的预算、计划和策略；
3. 了解当地政策法规、税收等政策，海关、物流等流程，制定项目的风险评估；
4. 维护和拓展与海外政府、企业，获取政策支持和业务机会；
5. 编写项目专业报告，向公司高层汇报项目进展状况。
任职资格：
1. 熟悉海外相关的商业法律法规，尤其是海关、运输和政府监管等方面，具备相关领域的解决问题能力；
2. 具有较强的组织规划能力，团队领导能力和判断力，能够独立制定方案和寻找解决问题的方法、资源；
3. 具备良好的社交和沟通能力，尤其是在处理跨国业务合作和海外项目管理时具备较强的执行力；
4. 具备流利的英语口语表达能力，能够与海外的企业和团队进行良好的沟通交流，完成各项工作任务。
