As an OTC Officer, you will be responsible for preparing quotations and executing OTC buy and sell transactions based on management’s instructions and approved rate guidelines. You will monitor transactions from initiation to settlement, verify transaction details, confirm rates and payment terms with clients and partners, and ensure timely and accurate receipt and disbursement of funds. You will also coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams regarding transaction status, settlement confirmations, and partner payments. In addition, you will maintain accurate transaction records, payment proofs, and settlement reports, provide regular updates to management, and promptly escalate any discrepancies, payment delays, or rate disputes in accordance with internal procedures and approval guidelines.
