Bali / Lombok | Full-Time | Staff Housing Provided
Are you a fresh university graduate who is good with numbers, enjoys working with spreadsheets, and is curious about how AI and technology can be used to grow a business?
We are looking for someone to join our villa business and help us increase bookings and revenue through OTAs such as Airbnb, Booking.com and other online channels.This is not a traditional social-media marketing job.You will be working with real business data and helping us answer questions such as:
📊 Which promotions actually generate more bookings?💰 When should we lower or increase prices?
📅 How should we target different booking windows and seasons?
🏡 How do our villas compare with competitors?
🤖 How can AI help us analyze data and work smarter?
Your role will include:
• Creating and optimizing OTA promotions
• Monitoring prices, occupancy and booking performance
• Working with Google Sheets / Excel to analyze data
• Researching competitors and market pricing
• Assisting with pricing and revenue strategies
• Testing promotions and measuring results
• Improving OTA listings and sales presentation
• Using AI tools to analyze information and improve productivity
• Preparing simple reports and recommendations
We are looking for someone who:

You don't need to be an expert in Airbnb, Booking.com or revenue management. We can teach you the business.What we really want is someone who is smart, curious, analytical and willing to learn.
