Job description for OT Cybersecurity Consultant at PT Yokogawa Indonesia

Role Purpose

Lead consultative engagement with client IT and OT stakeholders to identify cybersecurity risks, shape strategic solutions, and drive business opportunities through structured discovery workshops and advisory-led selling.

This role bridges technical expertise, consulting mindset, and business development, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while enabling internal sales teams to position high-value OT cybersecurity solutions.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor degree major Engineering Physic, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, System Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in: Industrial automation / OT environments, OT cybersecurity, ICS security, or related domains, Client-facing consulting, advisory, or pre-sales roles
Proven experience in engaging senior stakeholders (IT, OT, Operations)
Experience in leading OT cybersecurity project implementation including: SOC / SIEM / XDR / Vulnerability assessment / Penetration testing.
Exposure to business development, solution selling, or opportunity shaping
Experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing is highly preferred
