📢 We’re Hiring: OSS & Finance Officer
📍Work From Office (WFO) – South Jakarta
Responsibilities :
- Manage business licensing through the OSS-RBA system (NIB, Standard Certificates, amendments, and other permits).
- Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and notaries regarding licensing processes.
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and manage petty cash.
- Monitor accounts receivable and maintain financial records.
- Assist with monthly financial reports and administrative tasks.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Familiar with Indonesian business licensing regulations OSS-RBA, business licensing, or finance administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software.
- Strong communication, organizational, multitasking skills, and able to work independently.
- Good English proficiency is an advantage.
