- Developing and monitoring recruitment system, providing employee that suitable with organizational goal.
- Developing and monitoring effective performance management to meet organizational goals.
- Developing and monitoring the culture implementation system to increase employee engagement.
- Developing organizational structure and overall competency in the organization.
Requirement:
- A bachelor's degree in Psychology / Law / Management Business or related fields.
- Have a min. 3 years of experience in human capital/performance management/learning and development.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Initiative, proactive, and good analytical thinking.
- Enthusiast about human and organizational development.
- Be able to work in a dynamic work environment (Agile).
- Able to work in Bekasi.
