1. Shape and refine the organizational structure to align with the company's vision, particularly in the beauty and health sectors.
2. Develop, communicate, and ensure effective execution of SOPs for Organizational Development (OD) initiatives.
3. Design and implement a structured SOP for the hiring process, including candidate sourcing, interview procedures, and selection criteria.
4. Proven experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, People Development, or Performance Management.
5. In-depth understanding of human resources practices, policies, and industry best practices.
6. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
