S1 Psikologi, Manajemen, dan jurusan relevan lainnya
Pengalaman 2–4 tahun di bidang Organization Development
Berpengalaman dalam penyusunan dan pengelolaan KPI
Memahami training & development dan performance management
Berpengalaman dalam struktur organisasi, job description, dan job analysis
Memiliki kemampuan analisis, komunikasi, dan problem solving yang baik
Menguasai Microsoft Office, terutama Excel dan PowerPoint
Bersedia 6HK, (Senin-Jumat 08.30-17.00 & Sabtu 08.30-13.00 WIB) dan penempatan di Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Mengelola program training & development serta training needs analysis
Melakukan review dan pengembangan struktur organisasi sesuai kebutuhan bisnis

Melakukan analisis dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk organizational improvement
