Organization Development (OD) Staff

Job Description

Support the implementation of Organization Development (OD) programs and initiatives.
Analyze organizational structures, business processes, and workforce needs.
Assist in developing competency frameworks, job descriptions, and organizational improvements.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs.
Collaborate with departments to support change management and organizational development projects.
Prepare reports, presentations, and related documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Organization Development or Human Resources.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in organizational design, performance management, or competency development is a plus.
HR/OD certification will be an advantage.
