Job description for ORDERING OFFICER at GOODFOOD
1. Coordination and ordering
- Receive orders from Sales (email) and customers (mail or phone directly to Good Food switchboard)
- Contact customers to record orders and make payments
- Work with PA and accountant to ensure orders are delivered to customers.
- After receiving the order, will create an order and enter it from AX, complete the delivery of the order through the red order issuing accountant.
- Solve problems related to delivery and payment.
2. Support of the job business of the region
- Informing customers about promotions and pricing policies... to customers, promptly updating school information.
- Report on settlement of program sales companies.
- Follow up and return flat products for customers.
