Job description for Order Assitant at Gravity Bali
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Part-Time Order Assistant to support our management team with daily operational orders, vendor coordination, and cost control.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage orders for villa operations
- Coordinate with the management team
- Follow up on pending orders and deliveries
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers
- Source and identify new vendors when needed
- Compare prices and help optimize operational costs
- Assist with cost control and budget follow-up
- Assist with accounting follow-up related to orders and invoices
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Fast and responsive
- Able to make decisions quickly
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable following up with suppliers and teams
- Able to multitask and prioritize efficiently

- Comfortable using WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and management/reporting tools
