Key Responsibilities
Support Oracle EBS implementation, configuration, and system enhancement activities.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions.
Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS modules, including Human Resources (HR), Purchasing, Inventory, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
Support tax-related processes and ensure alignment with applicable business requirements.
Identify system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve them.
Assist with system testing, user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure ERP solutions meet operational requirements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle EBS implementation in at least one of the following modules:
Human Resources (HR)
Purchasing
Inventory
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
General Ledger (GL)
Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS functional configuration, implementation, system enhancement, or troubleshooting.
Good understanding of business processes related to the relevant Oracle EBS modules.
Experience in gathering business requirements, preparing functional documentation, and supporting system testing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business users and technical teams.Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) based on business requirements.
Analyze business processes and translate requirements into Oracle EBS solutions.
Handle Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related modules.
Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Support integration between Oracle EBS and other systems.
Prepare functional/technical documentation and system specifications.
Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders throughout the project.
Provide post-go-live support and continuous system improvement.
Ensure solutions meet project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience working with Oracle EBS.
Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, functionality, and business processes.
Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS implementation, enhancement, or support projects.
Experience with at least one major Oracle EBS module (e.g., Financials, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, or Manufacturing).
Good understanding of SQL/PLSQL is preferred.
Experience in system integration and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
English proficiency is preferred.
