Job description for Operator Mixer (Mixing) at PT Diamas Star

Jobdesk

Menyiapkan bahan baku sesuai formula atau instruksi kerja.
Menimbang dan mencampur bahan material dengan komposisi yang telah ditentukan.
Mengoperasikan mesin mixer sesuai SOP.
Memastikan hasil campuran homogen dan sesuai standar kualitas.
Memantau proses pencampuran selama produksi berlangsung.
Membersihkan area kerja, alat, dan mesin setelah digunakan.
Melaporkan kendala mesin, kekurangan bahan, atau ketidaksesuaian hasil mixing kepada atasan.
Menerapkan prosedur K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) selama bekerja.

Kriteria:

Pendidikan minimal SMP/SMA sederajat.
Mampu bekerja secara fisik dan berdiri dalam waktu lama.
Teliti dalam menimbang dan mencampur bahan.
Bersedia bekerja shift ( 8 Jam Kerja).
Pengalaman sebagai operator produksi atau mixer menjadi nilai tambah.
