Qualifications:

Min. pendidikan SMA/sederajat

Tertarik dengan dunia live streaming TikTok (pengalaman sebagai operator/host adalah nilai plus)

Cepat belajar dan bisa mengikuti ritme kerja industri digital

Bisa pakai Ms. Office & nyaman menganalisis data dan grafik

Job Description:

Host Support: Bantu dancer/host TikTok dalam merancang konten dan interaksi selama live

Live Data Monitoring: Analisa performa live streaming dan optimalkan hasilnya

Fans Management: Kelola komunitas fans untuk bangun loyalitas pengguna

Short Video Support: Kolaborasi bareng tim buat produksi & publikasi video pendek

Competitor Research: Pantau tren TikTok & kasih insight buat strategi operasional

Working Hours:

8 jam/hari (termasuk 1 jam istirahat)

6 hari kerja per minggu, 1 hari libur (jadwal fleksibel)
