Memantau performa siaran (jam tayang, interaksi, jumlah penonton, gift/revenue).
Menyaring komentar yang mengandung spam, provokasi, atau kata-kata kasar.
Memblokir atau membisukan komentar penonton yang melanggar aturan.
Memberikan feedback rutin agar host bisa berkembang secara konten dan personal branding
Merancang program branding untuk meningkatkan popularitas host (misalnya kolaborasi, konten di luar live).
Mengarahkan talent/host untuk eksplorasi konten baru yang lebih menarik dan profitable.
Membuat laporan harian

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Host Live Streaming at Nex Media Creations in North Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Host Live Streaming, you will be responsible for engaging with the audience, conducting live streaming sessions, and facilitating interactive experiences for viewers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to engage and interact with online audiences effectively

• Proficiency in the language used for live streaming sessions

Technical proficiency in using live streaming tools and platforms

• Creativity and adaptability to engage viewers and create compelling content

• Fluent in English is preferred
