Kualifikasi

Perempuan, pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
Terbiasa menggunakan platform live commerce seperti OBS, TikTok Shop, dan Shopee Live
Teliti, sigap, dan mampu bekerja dalam tekanan saat siaran berlangsung
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik dengan tim host dan kreatif
Kreatif dan proaktif dalam membantu meningkatkan kualitas tampilan live

Tanggung Jawab

Menyiapkan dan memastikan seluruh peralatan live (kamera, lighting, audio, internet) berfungsi dengan baik
Mengoperasikan software live streaming seperti OBS, TikTok Live Studio, atau StreamYard selama siaran berlangsung
Berkoordinasi dengan host dan tim kreatif untuk memastikan live berjalan sesuai rundown
Memantau kualitas tampilan, suara, dan interaksi penonton secara real-time
Mengatasi kendala teknis dengan cepat dan menyiapkan backup jika dibutuhkan
Mendokumentasikan hasil live serta membuat laporan performa (viewer, engagement, penjualan)
Memberikan masukan untuk peningkatan kualitas visual dan pengalaman live berikutnya
