Job description for Operations Support at Fresh Factory
Fresh Factory is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Support to support our daily operational activities. You will work closely with various teams to ensure operational processes run smoothly, data is accurate, and operational issues are followed up properly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, Sales, and other relevant teams regarding operational needs.
- Monitor operational data, transactions, and activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Follow up on operational issues, discrepancies, and pending activities with related teams.
- Maintain and update operational records and documentation.
- Assist in monitoring inventory movement and fulfillment activities.
- Support process improvement initiatives and implementation of operational SOPs.
- Perform other operational and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or related roles.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Fast learner, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work fully WFO in South Jakarta.
