We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our digital media editing teams. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth shift execution, SLA compliance, high-quality output, productivity, and adherence to operational processes. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of experience in operations within a BPO, digital media, content production, or shared services environment, with previous experience as a Senior Team Lead or Supervisor. Candidates should have a good understanding of operational KPIs such as SLA, quality, turnaround time, and utilization, as well as hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana or Jira and basic spreadsheet applications. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the flexibility to work shifts based on client operational requirements.
