Provide operational support to ensure smooth daily activities within the company.

Coordinate and handle company permits, licenses, and legal documentation, ensuring compliance with government regulations. 

Assist in administrative software management, including email systems and related tools.

Liaise with external vendors or service providers for operational and administrative needs.

Maintain and update records related to operational and administrative activities for reporting purposes.

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Law, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in administration, operations, or related roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of legal documentation is a plus.

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
