We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our client's operations.

Role Overview

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the efficient functioning of our Client's operations, ensuring that all processes are optimized for maximum productivity and quality. You will be responsible for the implementation of assembly and dismantling of temporary bamboo pool fence panels and gates at villas, ensuring that every fence is stable, secure, and aligned with strict safety standards—especially child safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring panels are installed without gaps or leaning and that all fences remain stable and secure at all times.
  • Testing gate closing and latching mechanisms after every installation and documenting each setup with photos and short videos.
  • Leading hands‑on assembly of bamboo‑pool fence systems and managing field operations, including scheduling and coordination with installation teams.
  • Developing and maintaining operational procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with the owner to drive continuous improvement and support service excellence.
  • Strong English language skills are essential, and this position is available remotely.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with:

  • Domiciled in Bali and fluent in English both writing and speaking
  • An Associate Degree and 2–3 years of experience assembling fencing systems (bamboo, temporary, or construction‑based).
  • Strong practical, hands‑on experience in fencing system management and assembly techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability in process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • A genuine passion for ensuring child safety and maintaining high installation standards.
