As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and continuously improving the company's operational processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives. Your key responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional activities, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, and driving performance through data analysis and effective resource management. You will also lead the development and execution of operational strategies, manage and develop high-performing teams, and oversee projects that support the company's growth initiatives. In addition, you will serve as a key liaison between the operations team and senior management, contributing to business planning, performance evaluation, and the implementation of strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Operations, preferably within the FinTech, Payments, Banking, Financial Services, or Technology industries.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (required). Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- A quick learner who is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
