This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and able to bring structure and calm into a dynamic creative business environment.
You will work closely with the founder and team across our stores and operational departments to help ensure smooth, efficient, and well-organized operations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities across stores and departments
• Support implementation and maintenance of operational systems and workflows
• Coordinate with store teams, SPGs, admin staff, suppliers, and freelancers
• Monitor task progress, operational timelines, and follow-ups
• Assist with inventory coordination and operational organization
• Support Shopify/store operational management alongside the admin team
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and team coordination when needed
• Assist with workshop/event operational preparation and execution
• Troubleshoot operational issues and help create practical solutions
• Provide operational and organizational support to the founder when required
