SimbaGo is a growing pet products and services platform based in Bali, Indonesia. We are building a modern ecosystem that connects pet owners with pet food, accessories, veterinary products, grooming services, and other pet-related businesses.
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and highly motivated Operations Manager to lead our daily operations and support the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee daily business operations.
* Coordinate employees and ensure efficient teamwork.
* Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
* Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution.
* Develop and maintain relationships with business partners, suppliers, and service providers.
* Improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
* Solve operational challenges and make independent decisions.
* Report directly to the company owner on performance, progress, and key developments.
* Support business expansion and long-term growth in Bali.
Requirements
* Proven experience in operations management, business management, or a similar leadership position.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* High level of responsibility, honesty, and integrity.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Strong time management and multitasking skills.
* Experience in recruitment and team management.
* Good knowledge of the Bali business environment.
* Professional references and a verifiable employment history.
* Fluent Indonesian and good command of English.
