Job description for Operations Manager at 外商軟硬體公司（HKLM）
- Ensure office administrative tasks are properly prioritized and completed, including handling payroll, expenses, basic bookkeeping and petty cash handling, vendor management, government paperwork, etc.
- Handle full HR functions: CV review, screening calls, interview scheduling, on/off boarding, orientation, personal development
- Assist the management team as an executive assistant
- Responsible for employee engagement and strengthen team spirit for our remote team through virtual activities and events
- Be the key coordinator for our engineering, marketing, design, and product team to unblock them for obstacles at work
- Frequently review and update/optimize operations processes, and ensure detailed documentation in written/video formats
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
