Job Summary
The Operations Manager is the heart of Le Pirate's day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for leading alldepartments, maintaining exceptional guest experiences, upholding property and brand standards, managing the team, and ensuring the smooth, efficient, and profitable running of the hotel. As the most senior on-property manager, the Operations Manager acts as the Owner's representative in all operational matters and serves as the primary point of contact for guests, staff, and suppliers.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years in a Hotel Operations Manager or similar senior management role. preferably in a boutique or resort property.
Strong leadership and people-development skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under deadlines.
Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS), Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and OTA platform management.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and produce accurate financial reports.
