Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate operational SOPs and workflows.
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate operational teams across departments.
- Ensure excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor operational performance, budgets, and cost efficiency.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate effectively with other departments to achieve company goals.
- Analyze operational performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare operational reports and performance updates for management.
- Ensure company operations comply with internal policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
- Experience in Hospitality, Villa Management, Property Management, or Tour & Travel industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Strong organizational and operational planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
