Job Overview:
Y Ventures Group is currently looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Operations Manager. This position is only for candidate based in Jakarta. Please submit your CV in English.
Skills Required:
- Experience with managing Logistics and global logistics.
- Proficiency in International English at an advanced level
- Excel Proficiency at Advanced level
- Experience in inventory posting and reconciliation
- Experience Logistic & warehouse coordination
- Excellent Problem Solving Skills and Highly analytical and strategic thinker
- Good with numbers and proficient at data vizualization
- Great communication skills and can work independently
- Work From Home qualities (Jakarta based)
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field;
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Scheduling and Planning: Creating schedules, timelines, and plans for various operational activities, such as order schedules or delivery schedules
- Coordination: Collaborating with different departments or teams to ensure coordination and alignment of operational activities across the organization.
- Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies or areas for improvement in operational processes and implementing solutions to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, tracking inventory movements, and ensuring adequate stock levels to meet operational needs.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reports related to operational activities, such as production reports, inventory records, and performance metrics.
- Problem-solving: Resolving operational issues or challenges that arise in a timely and effective manner, troubleshooting problems, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Communication: Serving as a point of contact for operational matters, communicating with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and Amazon related topics
